Good 2 Go Ltd — Last updated: June 2026
This Instructor Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which driving instructors provide driving tuition services through Good 2 Go Ltd ("Good 2 Go", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering with Good 2 Go, accepting learners, or delivering lessons coordinated through the Good 2 Go platform, the instructor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Instructors operating through Good 2 Go act as independent contractors and not as employees, workers, or agents of Good 2 Go. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship between Good 2 Go and the instructor.
Instructors must hold a valid Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) licence or Potential Driving Instructor (PDI) licence issued by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and must remain in good standing with the DVSA at all times while delivering services through Good 2 Go.
Instructors must comply with all relevant UK laws, road traffic regulations, and DVSA standards applicable to the delivery of driving instruction.
Instructors must maintain appropriate motor insurance that permits the provision of paid driving instruction to learner drivers and must ensure that insurance remains valid at all times.
Vehicles used for lessons must be roadworthy, taxed, insured, and have a valid MOT certificate where applicable. Vehicles must also be fitted with fully functioning dual controls and maintained to a high safety standard.
Instructors must ensure their vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and suitable for providing professional driving tuition to learners.
Instructors agree to deliver lessons in a professional, structured, and safe manner consistent with DVSA recommended teaching practices.
Instructors must prioritise the safety of the learner, themselves, and other road users at all times during driving lessons.
Lessons may be scheduled between instructors and learners; however, instructors must honour bookings arranged through Good 2 Go systems.
Instructors will receive payment according to the hourly rate agreed between Good 2 Go and the instructor for completed lessons arranged through the platform.
Payments will normally be issued in accordance with the agreed payment cycle set out by Good 2 Go. Good 2 Go reserves the right to adjust payments where lessons are cancelled, disputed, or incomplete.
If an instructor must cancel a lesson, they must notify both the learner and Good 2 Go as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated or excessive instructor cancellations may result in suspension or removal from the Good 2 Go platform.
Where learners cancel lessons within the permitted notice period, instructors should attempt to reschedule the lesson where possible.
Instructors may provide their vehicle for a learner's driving test where they believe the learner is sufficiently prepared and where scheduling allows.
Instructors retain full professional discretion to refuse use of their vehicle for a driving test where they believe the learner is not ready or where safety concerns exist.
Any advice provided by instructors regarding learner readiness for the practical driving test represents professional judgement only and does not guarantee a pass.
Instructors must treat learners respectfully and maintain professional behaviour at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour toward learners will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the instructor's access to the platform.
Instructors must keep confidential any personal information relating to learners obtained through Good 2 Go.
Instructors must comply with UK data protection laws including UK GDPR when handling learner information.
Learner contact details must only be used for coordinating driving lessons arranged through Good 2 Go.
All learners introduced through Good 2 Go remain clients of Good 2 Go. Instructors must not attempt to bypass the platform by arranging private lessons directly with these learners.
Instructors agree not to solicit, recruit, or attempt to obtain private driving lesson bookings from any learner introduced through Good 2 Go.
For a period of six months following termination of this Agreement, instructors agree not to provide driving lessons privately to learners introduced through Good 2 Go.
Where Good 2 Go branding is used, instructors must present the brand in a professional manner and must not damage the reputation of Good 2 Go.
Good 2 Go may monitor instructor performance through learner feedback, internal reviews, and lesson assessments.
Instructors must maintain high standards of customer service and teaching quality when delivering lessons through Good 2 Go.
Instructors must cooperate fully with Good 2 Go in the investigation and resolution of learner complaints.
Serious misconduct or breaches of professional standards may result in immediate suspension or termination from Good 2 Go.
Good 2 Go reserves the right to suspend instructor access to the platform where concerns arise regarding safety, conduct, or service quality.
Good 2 Go may terminate this Agreement where instructors fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Instructors may terminate their participation in Good 2 Go by providing reasonable written notice.
Instructors remain responsible for the safe operation of their vehicle and the delivery of driving instruction.
Instructors are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage for their vehicle and any damage that may occur during lessons.

Instructors may be required to maintain lesson records or other documentation relating to learner training progress.
Good 2 Go reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement where necessary to reflect operational changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If any clause within this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the instructor and Good 2 Go regarding participation on the platform.
Good 2 Go shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where events occur outside reasonable control.
Instructors must use Good 2 Go systems for managing bookings and must not bypass company processes for lessons arranged through the platform.
